It serves as the operational hub for technology and strategic planning within the GlobalPay group, offering solutions such as payment gateways, point of sale systems (POS), and digital wallets.

Second it works as a service aggregator, through the mobile application, offering services such as its own wallet and payment card which facilitates utilities, telephone bills, internet bills, electricity bills, and water bills all in one place. Masrpay differentiates itself by offering other unique solution services to solve compound collection, petrol station payment automation, insurance subscriptions, and payroll complications.
