Chairman’s Message
I am honored to welcome you to GlobalPay, a dynamic and innovative fintech FZCO that is driving financial transformation in the Middle East through its two exceptional Affiliates, MasrPay and GlobalPay KSA. Our journey began with a vision
to empower individuals, businesses, and economies through cutting-edge financial
technology. We established MasrPay in Egypt in 2021, and in our relentless pursuit of growth
and expansion, we introduced our Affiliate GlobalPay KSA in Saudi Arabia in September 2024.
We have set ambitious targets to achieve the goal of a sustainable world. We manage all
companies in our portfolio in alignment with these targets. As one of the leading players in
the industries in which we operate, we bear a crucial responsibility in achieving the
sustainability goals of those industries.
